Stealing $10,000 was enough reason for a Chilean wife to take her husband’s life.

A 39-year-old Chilean wife was arrested after she allegedly shot her husband and cooked his dismembered body.

She murdered her partner before dismembering him and boiling his remains in a pot following an argument about money.

Roxana Valdes, 39, shot her partner Carlos Ramirez to death after a violent argument at their Molina home, in which she accused him of stealing $10,000 from her.

In an attempt to conceal the murder, Valdes chopped up her partner’s body and cooked the pieces in a pot before dumping the remains at a public landfill.

But Valdes’ conscience ultimately caught up with her, and she handed herself into police yesterday (on 7th April, 2014).
